Possibility to pay with VISA and Mastercard and Apple Pay. When making a payment for the first time, the buyer has the opportunity to agree to save card data in Klix as a form of payment. If you agree to save card data, the next time in the online store where Klix is ​​available, you will be able to pay faster, because the card data will already be automatically filled in. The Klix card payment system complies with the requirements of the industry data security standard PCI DSS.

Payment via internet banking

It is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your purchases online. To make a payment, select your bank, log in and confirm the payment. Klix is ​​a secure bank payment initiator that provides a service in accordance with the European Union Directive on Payment services (PSD 1) - Directive 2007/64/EC.

  • If you have placed your order by telephone, e-mail or directly via our onlineshop, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail of your order - provided that you have indicated a valid e-mail-address.
  • This order confirmation shows which items you have ordered at which price and states freight charges, order-number and our bank data. 
  • The goods will be dispatched as soon as your payment is credited to our bank account. On the date of your goods' dispatch you will receive a notification by e-mail with the corresponding parcel-No.
